  I have always had great service until this past experience. I ordered a cake 3 weeks in advance confirmed 1 week out and when I arrived to pick up my cake it was the wrong one. I had to wait 45 minutes for another one to be made which made.me late for my appointment at the venue we were having our ceremony at. And when my cake was done it still wasn't the right color I had ordered. I had no more time to wait and was at this point too upset to wait any longer. The lady in the bakery apologized and took off $12. The cashier was very sympathetic and offered to get a manager but I had no more time. Not sure if I will return to publix in the future.

  Good grocery store for the most part. ALWAYS check the expiration dates of everything you buy here though. I have found many expired products on the shelf and have accidentally bought them as well.

  They have amazing subs here. I love the chicken tender sub best. They have a salad bar, an amazing olive bar and they have Chinese bar with eggs rolls. They have the best broccoli cheese soup. They have four or five different soups and alternate them on different days. I have only had the broccoli cheese soup. I buy it by the bag at the deli. They have a specialty cheese section, sometimes with samples. They sell flowers and small plants. They are always fresh and at really good prices. $14.99 for an orchid or a dozen roses. They have good sales all the time and you don't need a card...hello. They also sell speciality items. Their prices almost always beat Winn Dixie and Wal-Mart prices. Publix always beats them on quality. Their pharmacy has some quality supplements and they have refrigerated probiotics, etc. I bought a Chantilly cake for my grandmas birthday. It was an amazing price, cheaper than a birthday cake, and she loved it. It had fresh fruit inside and out and was such a good value. I buy the Publix brand frozen black cherries and they are huge and tasty. There is always an employee at the registers and at customer service. The store is always clean. The employees are always friendly. They will push the cart to your car, help load your groceries and return the cart. I'm here several times a week.
