- 2 / 5By Lacey HumphriesOur server seemed nice but poorly trained. My steak was ordered medium but came out well done. It was so firm and dry that I could tell it was over cooked before even cutting into it. They brought me a new steak, but it had no flavor. Our server did not refill drinks until my husband asked for tea mid-meal, at which point our server asked me IF I wanted more water. Yes. The answer is always yes. I was nowhere near finishing my meal. The need for more training is evident, both on the restaurant floor and back in the kitchen.
